The Strawberry Sundae open edition ice cream art print is based on one of my favorite ice cream paintings I've ever done. Painting the glass and the ice cream texture was especially challenging, and I learned that by using rough brushes in a sort of stippled approach I could create more convincing realism. It is an approach I gradually expanded on, so I really feel like this piece was one of my most significant paintings in my career. Plus, it's super fun to look at! Just kind of an awesome pop of color plus a gorgeous strawberry on top!

While many people automatically think "kitchen" as a display space for food art, my ice cream prints are pretty versatile.
