This limited-edition print is one of three popsicle paintings I did in 2022 for my solo show at Hidell Brooks Gallery. In all of the ice cream paintings I'd done, I'd actually never painted just a plain popsicle. It was tricky, because you want to get that luminescent glow of the light moving through the popsicle, as well as get the really bright highlights that make it look more convincingly frozen. All in all, I think this one comes across pretty well! Thanks for looking!
